Paying for the way back
The price is per car and is fixed when you book. It covers the drive, tolls, fuel and the wait at the pier if your boat is late. The pick-up is at the pier where the boat from Koh Samet lands, and the drop-off is the address you give in Bangkok.
Nothing changes between the morning and the evening, or between a weekday and a weekend. The only different dates are 24 December to 5 January, with 400 THB added per car.
Ordering both legs together
In the order form you can tick the return option, and the price of both legs appears before you send the request. The return leg has its own date and time. If your plans on the island change, tell us by email and the pick-up moves with them, at no charge.
A booking made only for the way out can have the return added later.
Choosing the car for the way back
A week on the island often means more bags on the way back than on the way out. Three people with a few cases fit the Standard Sedan at 2,199 THB. Four people with extra luggage need the Toyota Innova at 2,499 THB, and a group of six takes the Hyundai H1 at 3,799 THB.
The larger cars give a calmer ride on the long road, which is a good thing at the end of a holiday.
Compared with the bus
