Ao Wong Duean Beach

Wong Duean Beach (Wong Duan) is located almost in the very center of the eastern part of Koh Samet and is quite a popular place.

A wide sandy beach is 4 kilometers from the Nadan pier. Wong Duan is often considered to be as the best beach on Ko Samet for a number reasons:

• The sand is white, soft and fine;
• Wong Duan Beach is suitable for families with children: there is also a fenced area for swimming for children, and there is no depth right away, and there are inflatable rings for rent (unicorns, ducks). The bottom is sandy, without stones, which is another advantage;
• Wong Duan Beach has good infrastructure and it is quite long, and there are fewer people here than on Sai Kaew.

There are many hotels, cafes and bars on this beach. In the evening, a fire show is held. Massage and a minimarket are nearby beach as well.
